Ingredients

Cup
Cocoa powder

Old fashioned rolled oats

Stevia

Non-Fat Greek Yoghurt

Cup
Skim milk

Egg
1/3
Cup
Apple Sauce (unsweetened)
1/2
Tsp
Baking Soda
Pinch of salt to taste
Handful of unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Combine all ingredients into a blender or food processor (I used my NutriBullet), and blend until smooth
Grease a baking dish.
Pour blended mixture into dish and bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle on coconut flakes.
Put the dish back into the oven for 5 mins.
Once cooked allow to cool completely before cutting into 8 squares.
