Lower Body Circuit Workout

Nothing like a good circuit to get your day started on the right foot. I try and fit a circuit workout in at least once a week to keep the body guessing and the mind motivated.

This one is a good one. Legs focused and defiantly going to get the sweat going. Download the PDF, save it, and try it next time you’re looking for a circuit you can do anywhere anytime. 

Structure 

  • 1 mile run 
  • Then do the circuit below

1. Air Squats x 10

2. Reverse lunges x 10 each leg 

3. Jumping jacks x 10 

4. Deadlift to knee drives x 10 each leg

That’s one round!

Repeat for as many rounds as you can.
