Bet you didn’t think this was possible… Some people in my house hold seem to think that because they are only 50 calories they can eat the WHOLE tray of brownies. Unfortunately, that does 2 things.. 1) leaves the rest of us with no brownies, and 2) leaves the rest of us with no bloody brownies.
Therefore I will be making these in batches to satisfy everyone. These are deliciously light and moist, and I think they are the perfect substitute to regular brownies which are totally loaded with butter, sugar, flour, and more. Making them hands down one of my favourite go to recipes when I am craving a sweet treat without the added sugar and calorie intake.
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Cocoa powder – Quaker Oats Old Fashioned – 42 oz – 2 pk by Quaker“>Quacker
1/2 Cup Chobani Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt, 16 Ounce — 6 per case.“>Nonfat Greek yoghurt
1/4 Cup Musselman’s Unsweetened Apple Sauce – low calorie, gluten free snack, low sodium, kosher, fat-free, no cholesterol, no high fructuse corn syrup, from 100% fresh American Grown Apples. (48oz x 8)“>Apple sauce (unsweetened)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch salt
Handful of Recipe
1 – Preheat oven to 400F.
